What’s a shrub?

A shrub is a naturally preserved syrup made with fruit, sugar, and vinegar. They provide a deliciously tart base for cocktails, sodas, and culinary sauces, with a longer shelf life than fresh fruit syrups.

Can I order wholesale?

Please email hello@coolhandco.com for details on how to set up a wholesale account to receive discounts on large orders.

What’s your shipping policy?

We aim to have all orders delivered within 7 business days. If for some reason your order is delayed we will contact you within that time frame and offer an alternative solution. Please ensure your “Ship To” address is able to receive packages from all major US shipping providers (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.), as orders to any address deemed “Undeliverable” may not be refunded.

What’s your return/refund policy?

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for our products as they are perishable grocery items. We can only offer refunds or exchanges for orders damaged during transit or if there is a physical issue with your order (label error, etc). To start this process email hello@coolhandco.com within 7 days of delivery. Please prepared to provide photographic evidence of your claim.
