BEE KARMA
1.5 oz scotch (or japanese whisky)
1/2 oz bianco vermouth (optional)
1/2 oz Cool Hand Co. Pineapple Turmeric Ginger Shrub
1 oz chamomile tea
1/4 oz honey syrup (equal parts honey & water)
2 oz soda water
Build over ice and stir briefly to combine.

For Cocktails: Add ½ oz shrub to 2 oz spirit plus soda or citrus
For Shrub Sodas: Mix ½ oz shrub per 6 oz bubbly water
