A refreshing tequila highball for all seasons. Pairing the bright flavors of our Strawberry Hibiscus Jalapeno shrub with earthy genmaicha tea and sultry bianco vermouth.
DRIPPING SUN
1.5 oz blanco tequila
1/2 oz bianco vermouth
1/2 oz Cool Hand Co. Strawberry Hibiscus Jalapeno Shrub
1 oz genmaicha tea
3 oz soda water
Build over ice and stir briefly to combine.

Made with a base of organic strawberries from Stehly Farms and Be Wise Ranch in San Diego, CA. Whole berries are macerated with organic hibiscus flowers and fresh jalapeños for up to one week. The result is a jammy and tart shrub with fresh green heat on the back end. Perfect for margaritas, this shrub was born to be mixed with agave spirits, but is also delicious with gin, white rum, and other unaged liquors.
For Cocktails: Add ½ oz shrub to 2 oz spirit plus soda or citrus
For Shrub Sodas: Mix ½ oz shrub per 6 oz bubbly water
Ingredients: Organic Strawberries, Organic Cane Sugar, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Organic Jalapeños, Organic Hibiscus Flowers, Salt.
