Smoky, savory and tropical, this cocktail is an ode to late night tacos and tequila shots on the streets of Mexico City.
CONDESA
2 oz tequila or mezcal
1/2 oz Cool Hand Co. Pineapple Turmeric Ginger Shrub
3/4 oz fresh lime juice
1/4 oz honey syrup (equal parts honey + water)
1/4 tsp chipotle en adobo sauce (usually canned)
Shake with ice and strain into glass.
