Montego Bay
This fun little daiquiri riff is ripping with island spices and dried fruit notes. It’s the perfect pregame for your next grilling session.
MONTEGO BAY
2 oz rum (we prefer a dry white rum)
1/2 oz Cool Hand Co. Strawberry Cascara Ginger Shrub
3/4 oz fresh lime juice
1 tsp honey
1 dash Angostura bitters (optional)
Add all ingredients to a shaker and mix with a spoon until honey dissolves. Add ice and shake hard, then strain into glass.
