Gaviota Mocktail
A booze-free banger that involves muddled cucumbers with our Strawberry Hibiscus Jalapeño Shrub.
GAVIOTA
3/4 oz CHC Strawberry Hibiscus Jalapeño Shrub
1/4 oz fresh lime juice (~2 wedges)
3-4 fresh cucumber slices
6 oz seltzer water
In a separate glass or cocktail shaker, muddle cucumber with shrub and lime juice. Top with seltzer, then fine strain into an ice-filled glass. Garnish with cucumber and Tajín.
