SALAD
2 cups baby kale
1/8 cup apple, thinly sliced
1/8 cup pumpkin seeds
1/8 cup red onion, thinly sliced
DRESSING
1/2 oz extra virgin olive oil
1/2 oz CHC Pineapple Turmeric Ginger Shrub
1 pinch salt
Mix dressing in a separate bowl. Add to dry ingredients before serving and toss briefly.
