Our Winter seasonal release is a collaboration with Nopalito Farm in Valley Center, California. We produce this shrub December - March in limited quantities.

We source organic guavas and valencia oranges from Nopalito Farm, then crush and macerate them whole with organic cinnamon sticks in our base of organic apple cider vinegar and cane sugar. Juicy guava flavors are complemented by the bright acidity and essential oils of fresh whole oranges, with a bunch of festive holiday spice on the back end from crushed cinnamon sticks. This shrub is an obvious choice for tiki-style drinks, but is just as fun and delicious with tequila, whiskey, or nonalcoholic drinks. It’s our all time favorite so don’t miss out when the season comes around.

~ Add 1/2oz shrub
~ Each bottle makes up to 17 cocktails

For Shrub Sodas:
~ Mix 1/2oz shrub per 6oz bubbly water
~ Each bottle makes up to 17 sodas
