Upgrading the classic Spritz with a splash of Cool Hand is one of our favorite ways to enjoy shrubs; it freshens up the cocktail with fruity and herbal notes. We’ve created a template that’s super versatile and friendly for substituting different vermouths and shrub flavors, so grab whatever’s leftover in the fridge and go for it.

COOL HAND SPRITZ

1.5 oz vermouth or fortified wine (we love a sweeter red vermouth with our berry shrubs, and a lighter dry/bianco vermouth with our other flavors)

1/2 oz Cool Hand Co. shrub

3 oz prosecco or dry sparkling wine

1 oz soda water

Build over ice and stir briefly to combine.
