2 oz spirit of choice (we love bourbon)
1/2 oz Cool Hand Co. Kumquat Lavender Rose Shrub
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
1/4 oz honey syrup (equal parts honey & water)
Shake with ice and strain into glass.
