Oxnard Salad
Fresh berries and goat cheese, always a good decision. When tossed with fresh spinach, pecans and our Strawberry Cascara Ginger Shrub you’ve got yourself a bitchin seasonal lunch.
SALAD
2 cups baby spinach
1/8 cup strawberries, sliced
1/8 cup pecans, chopped
1/8 cup goat cheese, crumbled (optional)
DRESSING
1/2 oz extra virgin olive oil
1/2 oz CHC Strawberry Cascara Ginger Shrub
1 pinch salt
Mix dressing in a separate bowl. Add to dry ingredients before serving and toss briefly.
