Tropea Mocktail
Bright, herbaceous, and booze free mocktail for sunny days.
TROPEA
3/4 oz CHC Pineapple Turmeric Ginger Shrub
1/4 oz fresh lime juice (~2 wedges)
3-4 fresh basil leaves
6 oz tonic or seltzer
Lightly muddle basil in glass. Top with ice and the other ingredients.
